To stay at the campsite without parents or legal guardians, the minimum age is 21 years. Children under 21 years old can only stay at the campsite accompanied by their parents or legal guardians. Any reservation that does not meet this requirement will be canceled.
All people, including babies of all ages, count as one person in the number of people. Our accommodation can be for 4 or 6 people maximum. On the pitches, the maximum occupancy is 6 people.
Yes, we accept ANCV Cheques Vacances to pay for the stay at the campsite. You cannot leave the deposit of the accommodation with Cheques Vacances.
If you want to save time and not have to wait at your arrival at the campsite, you have the possibility to do the Express Check-in. A few days before your arrival, you will receive an email with the possibility of checking in in advance. If you want to enjoy this opportunity, you must fill in all the data related to the stay and pay the rest of the balance from home. Upon arrival at the campsite, you just have to go to the “Priority Express Check-in” counter and we will accompany you to your accommodation. Express Check-in is only available to customers who have booked directly with the campsite.
You can indicate in the comment at the time of the reservation that you are going with another family, with their surname or reservation number. We will do our best to put you together based on availability. Keep in mind that the accommodations have to be the same to be located in the same area since each type of accommodation is in a different area of the campsite.
At the time of booking, you can specify whether you prefer a street or a camping area and we will do our best to respect it. Although we strive to respect the preferences of each of our clients, we cannot 100% guarantee the area you will have.

The final cleaning includes all the cleaning of the accommodation (dining room, rooms, bathroom) and the dishes. The fridge must be empty and the garbage removed at the exit of the accommodation.
Breakfast includes one drink (coffee, tea, juice), a croissant, a mini fuet sandwich and some toast with jam per person.

For any cancellation, we request that the communication be made by email. Depending on the cancellation date and the conditions chosen at the time of booking, we will apply our return conditions.
You can come with your pet only if you have reserved a plot and if it is not of a potentially dangerous breed (according to Royal Decree 287/2002 of March 22). In order to verify that it is not a dangerous breed, we will need the documentation of the animal. In accommodations such as bungalows, mobile home or Ottawa store, pets are not allowed.
For any changes, we ask that the communication be made by email. Changing dates and/or people may change the price of the reservation and is subject to availability.
The non-refundable rate does not allow changes once the reservation is made and in case of cancellation, the amount paid at the time of reservation will not be refunded. The standard rate allows changes, depending on availability. In case of cancellation, up to 100% of the amount paid can be returned depending on the date prior to arrival. In the case of a standard rate, 25% of the total amount must be paid at the booking, by credit card or bank transfer. The rest of the balance will be paid upon arrival at the campsite. In the case of a non-refundable rate, 100% of the reservation will be charged at the time of booking by credit card.
Yes. We rent cots, high chairs and a baby bath. You can make the reservation directly on our website at the time of the reservation or by email after the reservation. Keep in mind that it is always better to book it beforehand as they are subject to availability.
The price is for a pack of sheets or towels. The sheets and/or towels will be changed as many times as you want after paying for a new pack.
The only accommodation that includes sheets and towels is the Premium Bungalow. In the rest of the accommodations there is the possibility of renting them at the time of booking or by email after booking.
The Premium Bungalows and the Mobile Homes have air conditioning and heating. Wooden Bungalows and Ottawa Tents have neither air conditioning nor heating.
The deposit is a deposit that we ask to make sure that you treat the accommodations with carefully. At the end of the stay, when we check the accommodation, if everything is in good condition, we will return the 100 euros deposit. The deposit can be left by credit card, check or cash.
Animals are not allowed in the bungalow or mobil home.

In each accommodation, you have a barbecue included. If it is not, do not hesitate to ask for it at the reception. You can make barbecue next to the accommodation except on the terrace. Please note that charcoal is not included. In addition, there is also a large barbecue that all clients of the camping can use. When you book your accommodation, you can also buy your Barbecue Pack at a special price so you don’t have to worry or bring the meat!
We have a paid wifi service. Each code is for one device at a time. In the Premium Bungalows, we offer a free wifi code for the entire stay.
For any arrival after 21:00, please notify us by phone or email in advance. We will leave your keys ready to the night guard to whom you must deliver your documents and who will accompany you to your accommodation. The next morning, you must go to the reception to collect the documents and check-in.
The official arrival time is between 4:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. If you arrive before 4:00 p.m. and the accommodation is ready, we will give you the keys at that time, but we cannot guarantee that the accommodation is ready to enter before 4:00 p.m.
Each accommodation has a parking space next to it for a car. If you come with more than one car, only one car at a time can enter the campsite. The others will have to be parked outside the campsite. In the case of the pitches, the car has to be on the same pitch.
Each new person entering the campsite has to go to the reception and register. People who stay more than an hour or who in any case use our services and facilities have to pay entrance. If people stay to sleep, they must respect the maximum occupancy of the accommodation. If they do not stay the night, the maximum departure time is 00:00. *Temporarily, due to COVID-19, visits will not be allowed in the 2020 season.
Each accommodation has a parking space next to it. In the case of pitches, the car must be parked on the same pitch. You can register more than one car per accommodation or pitch, but a maximum of 1 car can enter the camping at the same time. The other will have to be parked in front of the campsite in the parking area. We consider any type of motorized vehicle as a car: van, car or motorhome.
At your arrival at the campsite, we will need the ID or passport of all the people who will stay at the campsite. For accommodations (bungalows, mobile home and Ottawa tent), you will have to leave a deposit of € 100 per accommodation. Finally, the rest of the balance of the stay will be paid to finish the entry.
During the stay in the camping
In low season, all our facilities (soccer field, tennis court, basketball court, swimming pool, minigolf, …) are open and accessible. The bar-restaurant, supermarket and reception also provide the same service throughout the season. The mini club is open on weekends and we do animations every weekend.
Dogs are prohibited on the beaches of Malgrat de Mar from April to October. There are dog beaches near the campsite.
The mini club is thought for children from 4 to 12 years old but you are all welcome, even parents!
Yes, we sell all kinds of tickets such as excursions to Barcelona, water parks, nature activities, catamaran or cultural visits around the campsite. Do not hesitate to contact us for more information.
No. All our activities are free and our facilities have free access except the tennis court that you can reserve for free at reception. We loan all the material for the sports facilities with a deposit of 5 euros that we return when you return the material.
Yes, we have bikes to rent for men, women and children. You also have the possibility of requesting a baby seat. To reserve, please contact the reception.
The amount of the contracted stay will not be refunded.

It is a small supermarket where you can find everything you may have forgotten. We have household products for your day to day camping, some fresh products such as sausages or yogurts and drinks such as water, juices or soft drinks. We also have a bakery and pastry shop.
The beach is located about 10 meters from the entrance of the campsite. It is a quiet beach where you can rest and with few people who is not staying at the campsite. It is an extensive sandy beach (with some small stones near the shore) from where you will have views of the entire town. Thanks to its location, our beach keeps its natural character and is ideal for relaxing.
Yes. For us, it is very important that all families staying at the campsite can rest during their holidays. Therefore, we ask that you all respect the hours of silence from 00:00 to 07:00 in the morning.
The barrier of the campsite is closed from 00:00 to 07:00 in the morning. During these hours, we ask you to make silence so that everyone can rest. If you arrive after 00:00 you will not be able to enter by car but you can park it at the entrance of the campsite and enter on foot.
To come by plane, you have 2 options: Barcelona airport or Girona-Costa Brava airport. In both cases, you can book a transfer by calling us or sending us an email. You can also come from Barcelona airport to Malgrat de Mar by train (2 trains per hour) or by bus (some buses a day).
The campsite is about 2 km from the center of the village of Malgrat de Mar. You can get there in 20 minutes by walking along the beach or in less than 10 minutes by bike or car. There is also public transport from the door of the campsite in high season or we can call a taxi if you need it.
The first thing you should do is communicate it at the reception. We will take care of communicating it to the rest of the team. If we find what you have lost when you are no longer at the campsite, you can contact a carrier to send it to you cash on delivery.
Our restaurant offers you a diversified menu. You will be able to eat typical Spanish and Catalan dishes such as tapas, paella or meat, but we also offer fast food such as sandwiches, international food and mixed dishes. The entire menu can be ordered to go.
Yes, there are animations every weekend in low season and every day in high season. We focus our activities on children up to 12 years old but we also propose activities for adults and adolescents such as shows or family sports.
Once you have left the accommodation and done the check-out, you have to park your car outside the camping but you can stay in the camping and use our facilities, without any problem.
We recommend you to notify us as soon as possible in order to react quickly. If we find what you forgot when you are still at the campsite, we will return it to you. If not, you can send a carrier to send it to you cash on delivery.
Once the accommodation is clean and ready for check-out, you can come to the reception and we will review the accommodation with you. If everything is ok, we will refund the deposit. Nothing else!
In order to check the accommodation, we need all your bags to be outside and the accommodation to be clean. We offer the final cleaning service if you prefer it that way. Contact us for more information.
At check-out, we check that everything is in good condition (general condition of the accommodation, the furniture, the TV, …) and that there is no crockery or equipment missing. If everything is good, we will return the deposit of 100 euros.
You must leave the accommodation at the official departure time at the latest or at 5pm if you have contracted Late Check-Out. Once you have checked out, you must leave the vehicle outside the campsite but you can stay at the camping and enjoy the facilities the rest of the day at no cost.
Do not hesitate to ask the reception about the possibility of booking a Late Check-Out until 5pm (subject to availability). If you book directly on our website, the Late Check-Out can be free!
If you have a plot, you can leave from 07:00 when the barrier opens. If you have accommodation, you can checkout from 8:00. If you need to leave before 8:00, you should stop by the reception a day or two before to discuss it. Keep in mind that until 7:00 you cannot leave by car, so if you need to leave earlier, you would have to leave the car outside the day before before 00:00.
The official checkout time is 12:00 for standard pitches and 10:00 for accommodations and Sleep & go pitches.
