Camping del Mar obtains Biosphere certification

Camping del Mar is pleased to announce that, as of February 23, 2023, the hotel has obtained Biosphere certification from the Responsible Tourism Institute (RTI), born with support from UNESCO and founding member of the Global Sustainable Tourism Council (GSTC). It is also affiliated with the United Nations Foundation, which is aligned with 17 sustainable development goals of the United Nations in areas including environmental protection, the fight against climate change, support for economic growth and respect for social values and culture.

The certification has been granted by the Responsible Tourism Institute – an international certification body that maintains a memorandum of understanding with UNESCO, is affiliated with the World Tourism Organization and is a member of the Global Sustainable Tourism Council.
