Camping regulations

1. Access

  • Access to the campsite and the use of the Services is reserved to those who have contracted a stay.
  • Admission of children under 21 years of age is subject to the presence of their parent or legal guardian during the entire stay.
  • The customer agrees to comply with these regulations, as well as the Internal Rules of Camping of the Catalan Federation of Campsites. The Management of the campsite may expel and reserve the right of admission, as well as cancel the contract to customers who disturb the peace, lack the basic rules of social coexistence or violate the above mentioned regulations.

2. Registration

  • The client, holder of the stay, will formalize the registration with a valid ID card or passport, and that of all accompanying persons.  
  • The customer must formalize the registration contract at the reception desk at the time of arrival, indicating exactly the number of people, vehicles and any other elements subject to fee. On the other hand, the client has the possibility to formalize the registration through the Priority Express Check-in service.
  • Any modification in the registered elements must be communicated to the reception immediately.
  • The customer must sign the contract, accepting everything indicated therein.
  • The holder of the stay shall be responsible for all acts and damages that may be caused by him and/or his companions.

3. Plots

  • Check-in time: from 4:00 p.m. Departure time: before 12:00 h.
  • The maximum number of occupants per plot is 6 people (including children and babies of all ages).
  • The client will respect the limits of the plot assigned to him upon arrival, and may not occupy any other place without prior authorization from reception.
  • The caravan or motorhome must be installed parallel to the street and the vehicle must be parked inside the plot.
  • Each plot has only one 6 A electrical connection, and it is forbidden to connect to more than one electrical point.
  • It is expressly forbidden to install elements that do not correspond to the temporary, proper and usual use of the stay in campsites, or damage the image of the establishment, such as fences, appliances, etc.

4. Accommodations (bungalows, mobile homes and tents)

  • Check-in time: from 4:00 p.m. onwards. Departure time: before 10:00 h.
  • The maximum occupancy of the accommodation (including children and infants of all ages) may not be exceeded.
  • The client must leave a deposit of 100€ upon arrival.
  • The elements of the housing inventory are intended for exclusive use within the housing.
  • The vehicle must be parked only in the assigned parking space. One vehicle per accommodation is allowed.
  • Dogs, and any other pets, are prohibited in the accommodations.
  • No tents or similar are allowed in the parking area or on the land used for the lodging.

5. Payment of the stay

  • The stay will be paid in full at the time of registration.
  • Prices will be applied per day according to the number of overnight stays. Once the departure time is exceeded, an additional overnight stay will be charged.
  • In case of non-payment of the stay or abandonment of belongings, the Management of the campsite may move the camping elements and/or luggage of the customer to a new location outside the pitch or accommodation, without the security conditions offered at the campsite.

6. Visit

(Subject to possible restrictions by Covid)

  • Visits from people who have family and/or friends staying with them are welcome.
  • All visitors must register at the reception desk before entering. At the time of registration they must be accompanied by the person they are visiting.
  • Visitors who spend more than one hour on the premises or who in any case make use of any of the services must pay the visitor’s fee.
  • Visitors must leave the premises before 11:00 p.m., and under no circumstances may they stay overnight, except with prior authorization and payment of the corresponding fee.
  • The owner of the stay undertakes and is responsible for the respect of these rules by his visitors.
  • Under no circumstances may visitors enter the vehicle inside the campsite.

7. Health services

  • Children under 4 years of age must always be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.
  • For sanitary reasons, it is not allowed to enter with dogs, wash dishes, clothes or equivalents.
  • The toilet blocks are not a place of assembly or play, and the use of loudspeakers will not be permitted.

8. Swimming pool

  • All customers using the pool are obliged to comply with the rules of use that appear at the entrance of the enclosure.
  • The lifeguards will ensure the safety of the premises, and it is for this reason that the instructions they give must be followed at all times. They may deny access or expel from the pool to any person who fails to comply with their instructions.
  • Access to the pool is not allowed with clothing or footwear that are not exclusively for swimming.
  • Children under 14 years old must always be accompanied by an adult. Parents are responsible for the safety of their children, and the campsite declines any responsibility.

9. Miniclub

  • Access to the mini-club is free for children between 4 and 12 years old, but it is important to emphasize that this is not a childcare service.
  • Children under 4 years of age must always be accompanied by an adult.
  • Parents must be reachable at all times.  
  • The animators are not responsible for the attendance or absence of any child during their participation in the activities, according to the schedules established in the animation plan. At the end of the activity, parents are responsible for the safety of their children, the campsite declining any responsibility.

10. Playground

  • It is for the exclusive use of children up to 12 years of age, who must always be supervised by an adult.
  • Parents are responsible for the safety of their children, the campsite declining any responsibility.
  • The use of loudspeakers and the like will be conditioned to good use, and provided that it allows the coexistence and rest of the neighbors.
  • During quiet hours, access will not be allowed.

11. Sports area

  • It is free access for customers of the campsite.
  • It is mandatory to make a civic and shared use among all customers.
  • To use the tennis court, prior reservation is required.
  • It is an unsupervised space. Children up to 10 years old must always be supervised by an adult. Parents are responsible for the safety of their children, the campsite declining any responsibility.
  • The use of loudspeakers and the like will be conditioned to good use, and provided that it allows the coexistence and rest of the neighbors.
  • The Management reserves the right to reserve the sports facilities for entertainment activities or private use.

12. Dogs and pets

  • They are allowed in the plots of land upon registration, as long as they are not of potentially dangerous breeds (according to Royal Decree 287/2002 of March 22nd).
  • They must be tied up and controlled at all times by their owner, and may not be left alone inside the campsite.
  • Civil liability insurance, documentation and the health certificate required by the breed must be available.
  • Owners are obliged to pick up their animals’ droppings.
  • Owners are responsible for any damage they may cause.
  • Each facility or service indicates the possible access or prohibition of animals.

13. Barbecues

(The use of barbecue is subject to the ALFA plan of the Generalitat de Catalunya, and may be temporarily prohibited depending on weather conditions).

  • The communal or individual barbecue will always be used with charcoal.
  • It is strictly forbidden to light an open fire directly on the ground.
  • It is strictly forbidden to use the barbecue inside the accommodations or on the terrace/porch of the accommodations.

14. Laundry

  • Clothes can be washed in washing machines or laundry rooms.
  • It is mandatory to collect laundry from the washer/dryer immediately after completion of washing or drying.

15. Car wash

  • Cars can be washed in the car wash area.
  • Awnings, floors, tents or similar may only be washed in the area designated as a car wash.

16. Fountains and dishwashers

  • The fountains are for water collection.
  • The fountains may not be used for personal hygiene, washing feet, shoes, animals, etc.
  • Dishwashers are for cleaning kitchen utensils.  
  • Dishwashers may not be used for washing clothes or emptying any type of substance such as food waste or sewage.

17. Wastewater

  • The evacuation of wastewater is always done in the chemical toilet. Discharge on the ground, fountains or toilets is forbidden.

18. Garbage

  • The customer will collect his garbage and deposit it in the recycling bins and containers distributed throughout the campsite, throughout his stay and at the end of his stay.
  • The campsite makes selective collection. We encourage our customers to make a selective separation of their waste and deposit it in the appropriate containers. 
  • Garbage may not accumulate in the plot or lodging. If the Management deems it appropriate, it may require its removal.
  • Trash bags may not be deposited in trash garbage cans intended for other uses, located on paths or common areas.

19. Vehicles

  • Access and internal circulation of vehicles on the premises is permitted from 7:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., with a limit of one vehicle per plot or accommodation.
  • Circulation is suspended during the hours of silence and will only be allowed in previously authorized emergency situations.
  • The maximum speed allowed within the entire enclosure is 10 km/h (6 mph).
  • Vehicles must be parked within the confines of the assigned lot or parking space in the accommodations.

20. Bicycles and other non-registered vehicles

  • Hours: 7:00 a.m. to 12:00 midnight.
  • It is not allowed to circulate in a dangerous or competitive way, its use is exclusively for riding and displacement.
  • Users must respect traffic signs.
  • This regulation extends to scooters (traditional and electric), as well as hoverboards, quads, pocket-bikes and other vehicles.

21. Hours of silence

  • Hours: 24:00 h to 7:00 h.
  • During these hours, and for the benefit of all, there must be absolute silence and no vehicles are allowed to circulate.
  • From 7:00 a.m. to midnight, noises, voices, televisions, radios and the like are allowed at an appropriate volume to allow coexistence and allow neighbors to rest. If the Management deems it appropriate, it may restrict their use.

22. Security

  • The customer is aware that the campsite is located near the sea and a river, on a plain, and assumes the risks that this entails, as well as other meteorological, health and / or force majeure risks. The campsite declines any responsibility for these risks.
  • The client is obliged to follow at all times the indications of the campsite staff in case of emergency or risk situations such as floods, sea storms, strong winds, strong storms, fires, health risk situations or other force majeure emergencies.
  • The Management is not responsible for theft, theft, loss or damage of any kind incurred during your stay at the campsite. We recommend not to leave valuables in sight and to close the door and windows of your accommodation.
  • The Management will not be liable for damages caused by fires caused by the campers themselves or their belongings.

23. Schedules

  • In each space or service is indicated the timetable for the provision of the service. The Management reserves the right to modify them.
  • Any service provided by the campsite, without being required by the Tourist Regulations in force, is completely voluntary and may therefore be suspended in whole or in part.
