Camping regulations

1. Access

  • The access to the campsite and the use of its services is reserved for those who have booked a stay.
  • The admission of minors under 21 years old is subject to the presence of their father, mother or legal guardian during the entire stay.
  • The client undertakes to comply with these Regulations, as well as the Interior Camping Regulations of the Catalan Campings Federation. The direction of the campsite may expel and reserve the right of admission, as well as cancel the contract to customers who disturb the peace, fail to comply with the basic rules of social coexistence or fail to comply with the aforementioned regulations.

2. Registration

  • The client, titular of the reservation, will formalize the registration with its valid ID or passport, and the one of all their companions.
  • The client must formalize the registration contract at the reception at the time of arrival, indicating exactly the number of people, vehicles and any other element subject to fee. On the other hand, the client has the possibility of formalizing the registration through the Priority Express Check-in service.
  • Any modification in the registered elements must be communicated to the reception immediately.
  • The client must sign the contract, accepting everything indicated in it.
  • The titular of the reservation will be responsible for all acts and damages that he and / or his companions may cause.

3. Pitches

  • Check-in time: from 4:00 p.m.
    Departure time: before 12:00 p.m.
  • The maximum number of occupants per pitch is 6 people (children and babies included, of all ages).
  • The client will respect the limits of the plot that has been assigned to him on arrival, without occupying any other place without prior authorization from reception.
  • The caravan or motorhome must be installed parallel to the street and the vehicle must be parked within the plot.
  • Each plot has a single 6 A electrical connection, it is forbidden to connect to more than one electricity point.
  • The installation of elements that do not correspond to those of temporary, proper and habitual use of the stay in campsites, or that damage the image of the establishment, such as fences, electrical appliances, etc., are expressly prohibited.

4. Accommodations (bungalows, mobil homes and tents)

  • Check-in time: from 4:00 p.m.
    Departure time: before 10:00 a.m.
  • The maximum occupancy of the accommodation cannot be exceeded (children and babies included, of all ages).
  • The client must leave a deposit of € 100 upon arrival.
  • The elements of the accommodation inventory are for exclusive use within the accommodation.
  • The vehicle must be parked only in the assigned space. One vehicle per accommodation is allowed.
  • Dogs and any other pet are prohibited in the accommodation.
  • The installation of any type of tent or similar is not allowed in the designated parking place or in any place next to the accommodation.

5. Payment of the stay

  • The stay will be paid in full at the registration.
  • Prices will be applied per day according to the number of overnight stays. Once the departure time has passed, an additional night will be charged.
  • In the event of non-payment of the stay or abandonment of the belongings, the Camping Direction may transfer the camping elements and / or customer luggage to a new location outside the pitch or accommodation, without the security conditions offered in the camping.

6. Visits

(Subject to possible restrictions by the Covid)

  • Visits from people who have family and / or friends staying are allowed.
  • All visitors must register at the front desk before entering. At the time of registration, they must be accompanied by the person they are visiting.
  • Visitors who are more than one hour inside the camping or who in any case make use of any service, must pay the visitor fee.
  • Visitors must leave the camping before 23:00h, and in no case may they stay overnight, except with prior authorization and payment of the corresponding fee.
  • The titular of the stay undertakes and is responsible for ensuring that their visitors respect these regulations.
  • Visitors, in no case, may enter the vehicle inside the campsite.

7. Sanitary blocks

  • Children under 4 years old must always be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.
  • For sanitary reasons, it is not allowed to enter with dogs, wash dishes, clothes or equivalents.
  • The sanitary blocks are not a place to meet or play, and the use of speakers is not allowed.

8. Pools

  • All customers who make use of the pool are obliged to comply with the rules of use that appear at the entrance of the enclosure.
  • The lifeguards will ensure the safety of the pools, and it is for this reason that the instructions they make must be followed at all times. They may deny access or expel from the pool any person who fails to comply with their instructions.
  • Access to the pool is not allowed with clothing or footwear that are not exclusively for swimming.
  • Children under 14 must always be accompanied by an adult. The parents are responsible for the safety of their children, declining the campsite any responsibility.

9. Miniclub

  • Access to the miniclub is free for children between 4 and 12 years old, but it is important to note that it is not a daycare service.
  • Children under 4 years old must always be accompanied by an adult.
  • Parents must be reachable at all times.
  • The animators are not responsible for the attendance or absence of any child during their participation in the activities, according to the schedules established in the animation plan. At the end of the activity, the parents are in charge of the safety of their children, the campsite declines any responsibility.

10. Playground

  • It is for the exclusive use of children up to 12 years old, who must always be supervised by an adult.
  • Parents are in charge of the safety of their children, declining the campsite any responsibility.
  • The use of loudspeakers and similar devices will be conditioned to correct use, and provided that it allows the coexistence and the rest of the neighbors.
  • During silence hours, access will not be allowed.

11. Sports area

  • It is freely accessible for the clients of the campsite.
  • It is mandatory to make a civic and shared use among all customers.
  • To use the tennis court, a prior reservation is necessary.
  • It is not a supervised area. Children up to 10 years old must always be supervised by an adult. Parents are in charge of the safety of their children, the campsite declines any responsibility.
  • The use of loudspeakers and similar devices will be conditioned to correct use, and provided that it allows the coexistence and the rest of the neighbors.
  • The Direction reserves the right to reserve sports spaces for entertainment activities or private uses.

12. Dogs and pets

  • Dogs are allowed in the pitches after registration, as long as they are not of potentially dangerous breed (according to Royal Decree 287/2002 of March 22).
  • They must be tied and controlled at all times by their owner, not being able to leave them alone inside the campsite.
  • You must have civil liability insurance, documentation and the required health certificate according to breed.
  • The owners have to collect the waste of their animals.
  • The owners are responsible for the damages they may cause.
  • In each facility or service the possible access or prohibition of animals is indicated.

13. Barbecues

(The use of barbecue is subject to the ALFA plan of the Generalitat de Catalunya, and may be temporarily prohibited depending on weather conditions)

  • The common or individual barbecue will always be used with charcoal.
  • It is totally forbidden to light an open fire directly on the ground.
  • It is totally forbidden to use the barbecue inside the accommodations or on the terrace / porch of the accommodations.

14. Laundry

  • Clothes can be washed in washing machines or wash points.
  • It is mandatory to collect the clothes from the washing machines / dryers immediately after the completion of the washing or drying.

15. Carwash

  • Cars can be washed in the area designated as car washes.
  • Awnings, floors, tents or the like can only be washed in the area designated as car washes.

16. Fountains and dish washing points

  • The fountains are for collecting water.
  • The fountains may not be used for personal hygiene, foot washing, footwear, animals, etc.
  • Dish washing points are for cleaning kitchen utensils.
  • Dish washing points may not be used to wash clothes or empty any type of substance such as food scraps or sewage

17. Waste water

  • The wastewater evacuation is always done in the chemical toilet. Spillage on the ground, fountains or toilets is prohibited.

18. Garbage

  • The customer will collect their garbage and deposit it in the recycling bins and containers distributed by the campsite, throughout their stay and at the end of their stay.
  • The campsite does selective collection. We encourage our clients to carry out a selective separation of their waste and deposit it in the corresponding containers.
  • You cannot accumulate garbage in the plot or accommodation. If the Direction deems it appropriate, it may demand its withdrawal.
  • You cannot deposit garbage bags in the bins for other uses, located on the roads or common areas.

19. Vehicles

  • The access and internal circulation of vehicles in the establishment is allowed from 7:00 am. at 00:00 a.m., with a limitation of one vehicle per pitch or accommodation.
  • Circulation is suspended during silence hours and will only be allowed in previously authorized emergency situations.
  • The maximum speed allowed within the entire camping is 10 km / h.
  • Vehicles must be parked within the limits of the assigned plot or parking space in the accommodations.

20. Bicycles and others non-registered vehicles

  • Time: from 7:00 am. to 00:00 a.m.
  • It is not allowed to circulate in a dangerous or competitive way, its use is exclusively subject to walking and displacement.
  • Users must respect the traffic signs.
  • This regulation is extensive to scooters (traditional and electric), as well as hoverboards, quads, pocket-bikes and other vehicles.

21. Silence hours

  • Hours: from 00:00 to 7:00 a.m.
  • During these hours, and for the rest of all, there must be absolute silence and the circulation of vehicles is not allowed.
  • From 7:00 a.m. to 00:00, noises, voices, televisions, radios and the like are allowed at an appropriate volume that allows coexistence and allows neighbors to rest. If the Direction considers it appropriate, it can restrict its use.

22. Security

  • The client is aware that the campsite is located near the sea and a river, in a plain, and assumes the risks that this entails, as well as other meteorological, health and / or force majeure risks. The campsite declines any responsibility for these risks.
  • The client is obliged to follow at all times the instructions of the camping staff in the event of emergency or risk situations such as floods, maritime storms, strong winds, strong storms, fires, health risk situations or other emergencies of force majeure. .
  • The Direction is not responsible for the theft, loss or damage of any kind incurred during your stay at the campsite. We recommend not leaving valuables in sight and closing the door and windows of your accommodation.
  • The Direction will not be liable for damages caused by fires caused by the campers themselves or their belongings.

23. Hours

  • In each space or service the service provision hours are indicated. The Direction reserves the right to modify them.
  • Any service provided by the campsite, without being required by the current Tourist Regulations, is of an absolute voluntary nature, so its provision may be suspended, in whole or in part.
