Aware of the importance of maintaining a sustainable tourism development, and assuming the principles and objectives specifically adopted at the World Summit on Sustainable Development 2015, COP 21 and the World Charter for Sustainable Tourism + 20, Càmping del Mar is committed to carrying out a sustainable management of its activities, through the adoption of commitments aimed at preventing, eliminating or reducing the impact of our facilities and activities, both internal and external, as well as optimizing the sustainability of the establishment by improving the behavior of the environment.

In this same sense, our company has adopted the following Responsible Tourism Policy, through which it commits to comply with the requirements established in the BIOSPHERE adhesion, which includes, among other things, the legal requirements that regulate the effects generated by the tourism activity.

This Responsible Tourism Policy is based on the following principles of action:

• The prevention of negative impacts on the equipment and its activities in the environment of Malgrat de Mar, Maresme and Catalonia.
• Collaboration and the establishment of strategic relationships with tourism agents that work in a sustainable manner to meet the needs of the area.
• Maximizing positive impacts to increase both corporate and destination reputation. social, economic and environmental.
• The commitment to achieve the satisfaction of our visitors in order to normalize their behavior and increase their loyalty and repeat visits to the destination and to the company.
• The commitment to train and equip staff with tools in relation to the principles of responsible tourism, in addition to promoting good practices.

This Responsible Tourism Policy will be updated whenever circumstances require it, adopting and publishing new sustainability objectives.
